Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales at Premier by Showtime are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Our Policy

At Premier by Showtime, we specialize in highly sought-after, limited edition streetwear and sneakers. Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory and to maintain fair pricing for all customers, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

Please note:
  • All sales are final once the order is placed
  • No returns or exchanges for any reason
  • No refunds for change of mind
  • No cancellations once order is confirmed

Authentication Guarantee

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. All items are thoroughly authenticated by our expert team before shipment.

The ONLY exception to our no-return policy is if an item is proven to be inauthentic, in which case we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was sent:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • Keep all original packaging and tags
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis

Note: Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accommodate requests made after this timeframe.
