Tried exchanging a $400 pair of shoes and they did not allow us to because it has been 60 days since purchase, Sneakers are brand new on the box never used…This is illegal since I do not know one store in the entire mall that does not allow exchanges.
I was dissatisfied by the fact that they have an online shop, which as a customer, where we aren’t trying the clothes on until we receive them. But, all of the sales are final and they don’t have a return policy. This will be my first and last time buying anything from them.
I love this store! The clothes are 100% original, and my children always shop here. Santiago always finds exactly what he loves the most. Highly recommended!
